Assigment 11 : In my opinion
.....In my opinion, people should not use cell phones while they are driving. First of all, concentration falls off when drivers use cell phone. Sometimes, it can cause traffic accidents. Also, using cell phone while driving is prohibited by law in Korea. So drivers are fined 70,000 Korea Won for a violation of the law. Finally using cell phone while driving is very dangerous because it is same with drink driving. Let's use hands-free while you are driving for me and you.

I will agree with you. But sometime I used to use cell phone while I am driving. From now on, I will don't use cel phone while I am driving.
I usually try to use my hands free system but even that is dangerous. It's not easy to concentrate on two things. Nowadays, people watch TV while they're driving which is worse than talking on the telephone.
1. Concentration can't fall off but you can lose concentration.
"If you're driving, you can easily lose concentration."
2.Be careful of plural nouns. (using cell phones while driving)
3. "Use hands free while..."
